How to Exercise Your Rights

2. Verify Your Identity
To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will request information that we can match against our records.
3. Response Timeline
We will respond to your request within one month of receipt. If your request is complex or we receive multiple requests, we may extend this period by two additional months and will notify you accordingly.
4. No Charge
We do not charge a fee for exercising your rights unless your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. In such cases, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on the request.

If you believe that we have not handled your personal data in accordance with GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
